Eligibility for Returns

Products purchased from cameraclick may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Securely package the item, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
• Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
